Jason went over and beyond to assure that we were always posted on escrow progress, want we needed to know and do, and helped whenever a hurdle was encountered. And there were some challenging hurdles at times when we were wondering if we’d ever get to closing. But sure enough – no matter what the challenge was, Jason helped us through it. We were intrigued and hopeful, so we made any appointment with you and were enormously impressed by your understanding of the local, national and international real estate markets. You talked about the advantage Hometown Realtors could give us with properties in all locations. I checked the other real estate sites and quickly learned you could only access their information after giving large amounts of your own personal data and then you still could only see the properties in the price range, the location, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms etc. that you specified. Hometown Realtors lets anyone browse their properties by type of home, type of land, in broad ranges of categories. Also, you list a property in several categories so it can be easily seen by a wide variety of potential buyers. And, you protect the privacy of both buyer and seller while working hard to correspond with each by letter, email, phone and wonderful virtual tours to bring buyer and seller together in such an easy, convenient way.
You not only sold our home for us in a timely way, but you sold it for the value we had hoped for during a time when the national real estate market is in a terrible slump.

We also had flyers printed up and the auctioneer sent out a direct mailer to people on his list. The day of the auction we had a reasonable turn out. But it seemed everyone was just there for a bargain. Having an auction seems to five people the impression that you are desperate and are willing to sell at a great loss. The bidding stalled. We could not agree to sell our home that low and opted not to accept the bid. We later called Jason to list our home and sell it by the more traditional method. Because of your website and advertising (which did not cost us extra as it did with the auctioneer) you were able to inform people on the east and west coast that our home was for sale. You were successful in bringing a family all of the way from California. We are much more satisfied with the results you were able to produce for us. Jamee M.
